Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings

     

Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a 50% deposit of the total booking value is received. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 60 day of scheduled departure require full payment to request. Day tours departing from Santa Cruz must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Pricing

All prices are in United States Dollars unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change. Price changes may occur due to matters outside our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel costs, taxes and accommodation increases. We are not responsible for any changes made by a Third Party travel provider and prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full.

  • Cancellation/Amendments

All cancellations must be received in writing and acknowledged by us. The loss of deposit or other penalties may be imposed if the booking is cancelled. Refunds will not be given for any unused or cancelled services after touring arrangements have commenced. Once itineraries are confirmed with a deposit on file, one amendment free of charge is permitted. For groups of more than 10 people, additional amendments may incur a surcharge of $25 per amendment. 

  • Special Needs

Travellers with food allergies or disabilities that may require additional assistance during their tour must advise us upon booking. While we endeavour to meet all requests we make no promises or take any responsibility to fulfil such requests

  • Child Pricing

Child pricing applies to children aged between 0-2 years. Children more than 5 years old will be charged as adults for all services.

  • Liability Disclaimer

Galapagos Authentic Travel assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, or other causes beyond our control. Nor can we be responsible for the actions of any third party supplier or service.

Reservations are confirmed after the deposit is made as an advance and send the proof of payment to the mail sales@galapagosauthentictravel.com

After full payment of the reservation, the agency will issue the electronic invoice.

Without the deposit there is no obligation between Galapagos Ecuadoors and the agency or person making the reservations.
