The adventure begins with an approximately 1:30h boat ride to the designated snorkeling spot on Santa Fe Island. After a short 10-minute stop, you can visit the cliffs and beach to the north of Santa Fe and admire the blue-footed boobies. Then you will continue to the first snorkeling area on the east side of the island. This spot is full of colorful fish and sea lions. The rocky cliffs and crystal clear waters of Santa Fe are a beautiful place with incredible underwater views of the Galapagos wildlife. Rays, tuna, several schools of fish and reef sharks are also common in the area. There will be time for a fishing activity, lunch will be served on board and afterwards you can relax on Playa Escondida beach. This beautiful and secluded spot is only accessible by boat. Spotted eagle rays, golden rays, sea turtles and even white tip reef sharks live in this area. You will have plenty of time to relax or explore the beach before returning to Puerto Ayora.
